SPRING FLING Activity Participation

Please help us prepare for you by giving us attendance numbers for certain activities.  But don't think these are the only fun things to see or do!

Friday May 24, 2024 (Day 1)
Is your family attending Friday May 24 (Day 1)? (suggested donation $5 /family per day)

Fri 1:30 BYO Sack lunch
Fri 2:30ish Banana eating contest - Eat them fresh or frozen for fame and glory!
Fri 3pm Youth Scavenger Hunt (11-17 yrs old) - Ranch wide 2ish hour activity
Fri 6pm Pot luck - Please bring your own plates, cups, silverware and amazing food!
Fri 7pm Comedy Story Time presenter - Open mic - share a short story, a poem, or anything to make us laugh
Fri 8pm Campfire Social - Bring your own marshmallows/smores
Saturday May 25, 2024 (Day 2)
Is your family attending Saturday May 24 (Day 2)? (suggested donation $5 /family per day)
How many will participate in each Saturday activity? (help us prepare for you!)
Sat 7am 5k Tumbleweed Run ($5/runner or walker) - bring your water bottle
Sat 9am Breakfast of Pancakes and Eggs ($2.50 per person, 3 & under free) - Simple but hearty
Sat 10-12am Kite Flying ($7 for a store purchased kite) - The kites are very nice - you will love them
Sat 10-12am Kite Flying Craft - Make a Japanese fish kite - The kite may not fly well - but heck, it is free
Sat 11-1 Lunch - If a vendor provided a meal for $7-10, how many would you want? More lunch information is coming...
Sat 1pm Pinewood Derby participant - Bring your car and race!! (contact Craig Heiner if you need a kit)
Sat 6pm Fire Roast Dinner - Coals and skewers will be ready for hobo dinners, hot dogs . Bring your own food, plates, cups, silverware
Sat 7pm Memorial Story presenter - Open mic - share a short story about those who have gone before
How to Pay...
All monies collected (other than to vendors) go into our community fund for future activities. Please pay with cash or venmo.  You may pay with venmo ahead or on the day of the event.
